AWESOME! Harold Bennett was the best! Our experience with Truck World and especially our sales person Harold Bennett was excellent. Mr. Bennett greeted us as soon as we drove up to the dealership. He was personable, informative, friendly and most of all quick. Time passed by quickly because he went over and above and kept us in the loop at all times. He won our trust!!! I highly recommend this dealership to everyone! I especially liked that Mr. Bennett kept saying “I won’t let you leave without this truck I am going to do everything I can to make this happen.
BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! This is place is a hidden gem! Our sales lady Brenda made us feel very welcome and took care of us like family! We were in and out of there with a beautiful 2014 Chevy in no time and the experience was so refreshing! I’ve been to many dealerships that were deceiving, high pressure and took forever to get out of but the Truck World experience was amazing! Honest, affordable and they take care of you. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Good Experience!!! I found a vehicle on-line and called about it. It was available so I drove over and looked it over. Test drove it. Bought it. Everything went smooth. Was in and out of the dealership in just under 4 hours start to finish. Eric Huezo was a very good sales associate. The process went very well. I’m happy with the truck.

Unbelievably WONDERFUL experience! After getting the runaround and spending 2 days at a Dodge dealer, I was tired, and quite frankly, angry. I changed my tactics and decided to look for a dealer with good satisfaction ratings. Southwest Kia was at the top, so I called and spoke with Harold Bennett. I was still reeling from the Dodge fiasco, and began our conversation by venting on Harold. This guy patiently listed to my rant for 5 minutes before calmly saying “Come see me, I’ll take care of you with no games.” My wife and I got into the car, and on the way there, I was telling her watch the parade of tactics they pull when we get there. I was wrong, WAY wrong. Harold greeted my wife and I, sat us down, gave us a couple bottles of water and simply said “Do you have a car in mind?” I told him the car I saw on the website, made my offer for the vehicle, told him I would put $1,000 down, not a penny more, and would not take any higher than an 8% rate. He got up and said “sounds good, let’s see” and took off with my paperwork. I kicked myself for telling him 8%, and told my wife I guarantee if this goes through I’m gonna get stuck with 8% cuz I had to open my mouth. Wrong again. Harold comes back in less than 5 minutes, shakes my hand and says “Congratulations on your new car, it’s in make ready” My question I had was “8% ?” His reply was “No sir, 5.29%” My jaw hit the floor, which is a good thing, This proved I was not taken advantage of , and 5.29% for my credit profile is STELLAR ! 30 minutes later we had papers signed, keys in hand, free car washes for life, 1 year free oil changes.
Harold, thank you for taking my misguided rants and raves, thank you being a man of your word, and thank you for securing me a great deal. You’ve got a customer for life.
